ABOUT US / GETTING HERE
  • We are a short 10-minute walk from Wakefield Westgate train station and a 3-minute walk from the bus station.

  • There is ample parking near the clinic. There is on-street parking for one hour on Northgate or there are 4 alternative long-stay car parks nearby.

  • Monday – 10am-7pm
    Tuesday – Closed
    Wednesday – 9am - 5pm
    Thursday – 11am-8pm
    Friday – 10am-7pm
    Saturday – 10am-5pm
    Sunday – Closed

  • Our Medical Director is a GMC registered Doctor.  He practices in aesthetics and is an international trainer in complication management in the Aesthetics Industry.  Dr Virdi has clinical oversight in the clinic but does not treat patients in the clinic. 

    Claire, our medical injector is a registered health care professional with over 20 years serving in the NHS.  Claire is also an independent prescriber and regularly attends training to keep her knowledge up to date and maintain her professional development. 

    Our aesthetics skin therapists all hold a NVQ level3/level4 training and frequently attend training and masterclasses to keep ahead of developments and continuously updating their knowledge. 

     

    All our team are first aid trained. 

APPOINTMENTS
  • Yes, we are an appointment-only facility and cannot accommodate walk-in appointments.

  • We love receiving feedback, whether positive or negative as it helps to improve our services. If you are not happy for any reason, we would politely ask you to contact the clinic to give us the opportunity to rectify this. If you are happy, our aftercare email will provide you with a link to leave us a Google review.

  • During our busy times, there may be a waiting list. We always advise you to plan or book in advance, particularly if you have an important event, holiday, etc.

POLICIES
  • We require 48 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment. Our full cancellation policy can be found under our Terms and Conditions on our website.

TREATMENTS - GENERAL
  • We can treat all skin types with different modalities dependant on concern. All treatments include a consultation to discuss concerns and our advised treatment plan to you.

  • Yes, definitely! We have a strong and growing customer base of male patients.

  • Your practitioner will always advise you on your aftercare before leaving the clinic. We appreciate you may not remember everything; therefore we will email you with the aftercare on completion of your treatment. You can also access your aftercare on our Instagram bio if you hit the link tree button.

  • Yes, these can be collected in clinic, posted or emailed to you.

  • We stock our own medical-grade skincare line that is cruelty free and vegan. These are used in most of our skin treatments. Please feel free to ask.

  • We do offer packages for our skin services. Please ask about these in clinic or you can book online. Payment plans are available. We do not discount injectables unless we particularly ask for a model. Occasionally we may request these for training days.

  • Treatments can span from 15 minutes to an hour dependant on what treatment is being undertaken.

  • We are a doctor-led medical clinic offering a variety of non-surgical treatments such as lip enhancement, dermal fillers, advanced fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, profhilo, skin boosters, and industry-leading skin treatments such as Morpheus8, HIFU, HydraFacial, Cryotherapy and advanced laser treatments.

  • You must be 18+ years old to receive injectable treatments from Butterfly Aesthetics and we will required ID.
