TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions provide detailed information for patients considering medical and cosmetic treatments with Butterfly Aesthetics

 

CONSULTATION FEES

Consultation fees are as follows :

Medical Practitioner/Prescriber £50

Skin Care Specialist £25

For all consultation only appointments booked, a non refundable booking fee will be required. The fee is deducted from the treatment should you wish to proceed. 

We will only treat patients 18 years +.
You may be required to show a form of ID with you so please bring this with you.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding you will be unsuitable for treatment.

PRICING

The treatments and prices listed on this website are for general guidance only and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to keep this information accurate and up to date, the details shown here may not always reflect the most current treatments, availability , or pricing offered in clinic.

Prices may vary following a consultation, as treatment plans are tailored to your individual needs. The price confirmed at the time of your consultation or booking will be the price that applies. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or update any treatment or price at any time.

BOOKING FEES 

For all appointments made a booking fee will be required. The card will be charged if you fail to attend or cancel outside of the policy time.

RESCHEDULING 

Patients may reschedule an appointment without charge, prior to 48 hours in advance of the booking.

Changes to appointments must be made 48 hours ahead of the appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee of the full cost of the appointment.

If you do not advise us of your non-attendance, you will not receive a refund and will not be able to use the payment towards a new appointment.

You will be charged the full amount of the treatment if you fail to attend your appointment without informing the clinic.

If you do need to change your appointment, please call us as early as possible. Changes to appointments cannot be made online, by email or social media.

For any rescheduled bookings, appointments must be rebooked within 4 weeks of the initial booking. Appointments can be rescheduled once only. 

 

PRE-PAID COURSES 

For all patients on courses who fail to attend their appointment or reschedule/cancel outside of this policy, we reserve the right to deduct a course session and this will be removed. 

Courses must be used within the purchased time frame. They are non transferable to a third party and non refundable.

CONSULTATIONS

If you are deemed unsuitable for treatment after your consultation, your booking fee still accounts toward payment for your assessment/consultation. In these rare circumstances, we will not issue a refund because excluding you from treatment is for your own safety and based on the practitioner's professional opinion.  We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient deemed unsuitable.

A 7-day cooling-off period is given following your consultation.  Any consultation fee is redeemable against treatments if you proceed with booking an appointment within 7 days of the initial consultation.  The booking fee is NOT redeemable against any skin care product or retail product. If you decide against booking any treatment with ourselves, your fee is then counted as a consultation fee and this is non-refundable.

DERMAL FILLER TREATMENT INCLUDING LIP FILLER

If you are attending for a dermal filler or lip filler treatment and present with either lumps, migration or over filling in the treated area, and your practitioner deems you unsuitable for treatment, you will forfeit your booking fee. If it is recommended you dissolve any existing dermal filler, you may use your booking fee towards this or an alternative treatment.  It cannot be used toward retail or skin care products.

 

VOUCHERS

Vouchers purchased are valid for 6 months.  They are non transferable to a third party, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used by the expiry date. 

 

THERAPISTS 

We may occasionally have to change the therapist performing your treatment due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to inform you in advance if this is the case. 

 

REFUNDS 

Individual results achieved with facial treatments can vary and are not guaranteed. The practice of cosmetic medicine/medical aesthetics is not an exact science and the goal of treatments is to improve, not perfect. We do not refund for any treatments provided or retail products.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do understand other commitments may arise, but please give us 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to charge for non-attendance or rescheduling within the 48 hour period.

Our cancellation policy is as follows. 

For a no show or same day cancellation 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. This is to compensate for time, resources allocated and products purchased or prescribed in advance for your treatment.

For all our appointments we operate a 48 hour cancellation fee and your booking fee paid will be non refundable if you reschedule/cancel within that period. 

 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We `re committed to providing a professional service to all our patients. We do, however, have a complaints procedure in place should you feel unhappy with the outcome of any treatment or service provided.
